Summer Time!
This Hydrangea sure is a fighter.
After not having bloomed for 3 or 4 Summers, we tore it up and out.
Thinking we got all the roots and every bit of it.
To our surprise it started growing back in early Spring.
And when I got back from my last trip, I saw one little bundle of those beautiful little green buds.
Today it looks like this.

And a goode first day of Summer to all.

I love the post and all the photos but the first one is so sweet. It reminds me of summers when I was a child....Mary
Best of luck with your hydrangea. My husband has luck with some, and not, with others. ????
Wishing you a lovely Midsummer Night's Eve.
Take Joy, as Dear Tasha said!

Awww, my favorite type of flower on the side of roses. I agree hydrangeas are truly fighters.
