I have spent some time now, occupying my hands with something other than making Angels. However, this new chosen craft, has been a welcome diversion. I'm finding it very difficult putting the soldering iron down and picking up my sewing needles. I'm sure it will come in due time.
In the meantime, I'd like to share some new items from my Etsy shoppe. http://www.awingandaprayer.etsy.com/

And there is more to come soon. Perhaps even a new Angel or two.

I would also like to share what sweet Jeannene at loveconquersall.typepad.com sent me from One Year Bloggiversary Celebration...

Good Sunday to you.

Sweet Becky,

You are getting so amazing at this!! As a matter of fact, my heart literately skips beats and I get so excited when I see your Soldering Talent really "THRIVE!!"

OK, can I tell you who some of these necklaces remind me of???...the angel one MICA, all the bird ones SEPIA ART STUDIO~Delila, and of course the "Dance" one ME...LOL!!

LOVE THEM A LOT....

I am so happy to have picked out this gift just for YOU;-)) I hope you like Anna Griffin. Check out her web~site, it is over at Vickie's Whispers Of Inspiration blog.

Love and Hugs,
Jeannene

Becky! You love magazines like I do?? I must admit though, I've narrowed my tastes down to the artistic and vintage when it comes to buying. So many of them are too mod for me now. I have to tell you I just LOVE your soldered work!!! Please please share with me how you get your solder to go on so thick and lush. Mine is pretty smooth but very thin....So glad you stopped by for a visit. xxoo, Dawn

I have to admit, I am not good with the soldering iron. Perhaps when this neck thing is fixed I can do more. The clay work is what I've been trying to play with. Mostly I've been laxed in all my crafts. Perhaps if I stop by and read your blog more I would be more inspired on a daily basis. Plus it makes mom smile. She thinks of you when I work on something new.
Miss you sis,
Vicki
P.S. love the music

I almost have enough courage up to purchase my first soldering iron. Your work is absolutely beautiful and just the inspiration I need to try it for myself! Thanks for sharing.
