White Wednesday...

It is the simple things that brings the most joy.

I was just

doing a little rearranging and started with

"Marie" 

in her new glass dome, 

set upon a chipped Ironstone plate.

Dressed in her finest Silk Dress.

Made me think of White Wednesday, 

and... well... here we are.

New Doll...

A Good Place...

Some days, I just want to do what I love. 

And lately I have been able to do just that...Making dolls.

My hands in clay or sewing up a pretty frock for  

a lovely doll, now that is 

a Good Place.

So I just want to share a little of that with you.

With Spring just around the corner, I can't help thinking of

Soft, Flowery, Frilly things, 

with a touch of folk & whimsy.
